My work blends integrative coaching with neurologically informed breathwork, supporting both insight and embodied change. My sessions can be gentle and regulating, or cathartic and invigorating, while always guided by safety, presence, and your capacity in the moment.

This isn’t about fixing or forcing change.
It’s about creating the conditions for your nervous system to settle, release what it’s been holding, and reconnect with clarity and trust.
